The basis and purpose of data processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (general regulation on data protection – hereinafter: “GDPR”).
Personal data is processed for contact purposes, including for answering a question asked via the contact form available on the website, i.e. in accordance with art. 6 clauses 1 lit. And GDPR. Data may also be processed when it is necessary to conclude or perform a contract and fulfil legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator. The above is implemented on the basis of art. 6, clause 1, lit. b and lit. c GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary, and in contractual relations, it is a requirement to conclude and perform the contract. The consequence of not providing data in the contact form will be the inability to receive an answer to your question.

My personal data in order to provide, via an e-mail address, the question asked by the contact form, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. In addition, I declare that I have been informed about the possibility of withdrawal consent given at any time and that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.


Data storage time
The data is stored for the period necessary to clarify the matter in connection with the receipt of the inquiry via the contact form or until an objection is raised, and in contractual relationships – for the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period resulting from the provisions on archiving and limitation of claims and tax law.


Cookies are IT data, in particular, text files, stored on the end device of the user of the website:
– enabling the use of services available as part of the website (e.g. authentication);
– enabling the collection of information on how to use the website;
